A country that doesn't pop to the front of most traveler's mind's, it has a very high quality of life index with universal health care and free university tuition, and is also the 15th safest country in the world. Geographically, it toes the line between western and eastern Europe, while socially, politically and economically it is all western. It's easy to get around, it's relatively cheap, has fascinating history and a really dope nightlife.
